KETTLEBELL CLASS

 

When: Fridays I 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Where: The Clubhouse MPR Cost: Only $20 per class!

 

Join our dynamic Kettlebell Fitness class to sculpt and strengthen your body from head to toe! Led by expert instructors, this high-energy workout combines cardio and strength training with the versatile kettlebell. Perfect for all fitness levels, you'll swing, squat, and press your way to increased endurance, toned muscles, and improved overall fitness. Get ready to sweat and feel empowered in every session!

Join the Saguaro Bloom Community Association on Friday, July 19 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. inside the clubhouse for a Harry Potter Trivia Night! 

The association will be supplying butterbeer floats, water, coffee, and tea for all residents who join inside the kitchen. There will be four rounds of trivia throughout the evening with several prizes for those who score the most points each round.
