The Beginner Yoga Class is back for every Friday in August!  

 

 

- Every Friday from 8/2/24 through 8/30/24
- 6:00 to 7:00 P.M.
- Inside the Multipurpose Room of the Clubhouse
- Cost: $15

 

The Beginner Yoga classes are designed to introduce individuals to the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive and accessible environment. These classes will focus on basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices, making them perfect for those new to yoga. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, but a limited amount will also be available for your use during the class on a first come first serve basis. Chairs will also be available for those who attend and require more support.
 

•   Gentle Introduction: Learn foundational yoga poses and techniques at a comfortable pace.
•   Stress Relief: Discover breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote calmness.
•   Improved Flexibility: Gradually increase flexibility and range of motion through gentle stretching.
•   Enhanced Mind-Body Connection: Develop deeper body awareness and improve mental focus.
•   Supportive Environment: Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere where beginners can learn and grow together. Join our beginner yoga classes to start your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.

 

With the school year starting the schedule for this club has adjusted a bit for August! This group is kid-oriented, but open to everyone. This club will focus on Playing Cards but whether you prefer Pokémon Go, Pokémon Video Games, or Pokémon Playing Cards join this club to hang out and make new friends.
