Monthly Food Truck Night

Join the Saguaro Bloom Community Association at the Clubhouse on the last Thursday of each month (with a few exceptions due to Holidays) there will be a Monthly Food Truck Night from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. This event is private to Saguaro Bloom residents and guests. The clubhouse will be open to residents to utilize for dining and restrooms.
On the evening of these events, there will be anywhere from six to ten different food trucks offering a variety of beverage, meal, and dessert options for everyone to enjoy! - Every Thursday from 8/8/24 through 8/29/24 - 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. - Inside the Multipurpose Room of the Clubhouse - Cost: $15
This class is a Yoga-based cardio (Aerobics or HIIT style) class, specifically designed to burn calories!
This class consists of various stretching/ warm-up routines, followed by 12-16 min intervals of high-intensity dynamic (yoga-based) exercises designed to increase your cardio performance and burn calories in the most efficient (and scientifically-proven) format (the Tabata format: 20 sec of high-intensity exercise followed by 10 sec of rest for 4 minutes per ea round), followed by a Yin yoga based cool-down.
It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, but a limited amount will also be available for your use during the class on a first come first serve basis. Chairs will also be available for those who attend and require more support.
