This class is open to all skill levels to allow residents an opportunity to take a unique approach through Mat Pilates to their typical workout routine. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, but a limited amount will also be available for your use during the class on a first come first serve basis. Chairs will also be available for those who attend and require more support.
