Beginner Yoga Class
Location: Multipurpose Room
Time: 6pm to 7pm
Fridays | 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. | inside the Multipurpose Room of the Clubhouse | Cost: Just $15 per class! 
This class starts on 6/7/24 and goes through 7/12/24 | Beginner yoga classes are designed to introduce individuals to the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive and accessible environment. These classes focus on basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices, making them perfect for those new to yoga. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, but a limited amount will also be available for your use during the class on a first come first serve basis. Chairs will also be available for those who attend and require more support.
