The Saguaro Bloom Community Association has a quarterly assessment in the amount of $265.78 payable on the first of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). The Juniper/Freedom community has an additional quarterly assessment of $179.68. Invoices are mailed out a month prior to the due date. The HOA has just changed to a new bank, Alliance Association Bank (AAB). You can log in with them and set up automatic payment through them if you want.

You can manage your account online by visiting the CCMC web portal. Sign in using the username and password that is listed on your statement.
Once logged in, you'll have access to:
